1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 3,203,068 as well as KRW 3,200,000 among them, from October 9, 2018 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Defendant is the head of C children’s center, and the Plaintiff is a living welfare worker who has worked at C children’s center from September 25, 2017.
