A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who has promised to marry with the victim D (V, 31 years of age) and a person who has returned to the Republic of Korea for about one year.

1. A point of violence;

A. On September 26, 2015, at around 04:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face by drinking alone while she had a dispute with the victim’s towing-gu problem.

B. On November 2015, around 22:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face and head head in front of “H party room” operated by the Defendant’s wife located in G Park branch in the Busan East-gu, Busan-gu. During the victim’s oral dispute, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face and head by drinking.

On December 13, 2015, at around 15:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim's face and head head in front of the defendant's residence in Busan-gu E, while making a dispute with the victim.

(d)

On February 24, 2016, at around 01:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim's face part of the pregnant woman at the time of drinking, while under the influence of alcohol, a person suffering from a fluencing disease to the surrounding person, under the influence of alcohol.

E. On April 24, 2016, around 17:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face and head head at the entrance of the K subway station located in the Busan metropolitan Transportation Daegu J, on the part of the victim, who was pregnant at the time of drinking, while making a dispute with the victim.

2. An injury;

A. On May 5, 2016, the Defendant: (a) drive a spke car on the highway of the Jung-gu Busan Central Terminal on the road of the Busan Jung-gu, Busan, on the surface of the luminous inside of the city; and (b) in the course of having a dispute with the victim due to marriage problems with the victim, the Defendant expressed the victim who was pregnant at the time of drinking by “the time of birth, the same opening, etc.”; and (c) when considering the face of the victim who was pregnant at the time of drinking and the face of head, etc., the victim needs to take care of about about 10 days and the dives of the head head.
