Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On May 12, 2013, at around 08:10 on May 12, 2013, the Defendant driven a small-sized automobile without obtaining a driver’s license in approximately 2 km section from the front of the Defendant’s house located in the Gangwon Yangyang-gun, to the front of the eight km-gun, the Hanyangyang-gun, the GCV211 on the same day.

B. On May 28, 2013, at around 17:00, the Defendant driven a small-sized vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in approximately 3 km section from around 17:10 to the E’s house located in Gangwon Yangyang-gun D on the same day.

C. On May 31, 2013, at around 07:00, the Defendant driven a small-sized vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in approximately 3 km section from around 07:10 to the E’s house located in Gangwon Yangyang-gun D on the same day.

2. Violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act;

A. On May 12, 2013, the Defendant operated a small automobile owned by the Defendant, without purchasing mandatory insurance, from the front of the Defendant’s house in Yangyang-gun, to the front of the 8th group in the Hanyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, to the front of the 8th group in the Hanyang-gun, Yangyang-gun.

B. On May 28, 2013, the Defendant operated a small automobile owned by the Defendant, without mandatory insurance, from the front of the Defendant’s house located in Gangwon Yangyang-gun C to the E’s house located in Gangwon-gun D.

C. On May 31, 2013, the Defendant operated a small automobile owned by the Defendant, without mandatory insurance, from the front of the Defendant’s house located in Gangwon Yangyang-gun C to the E’s house located in Gangwon-gun D.
