Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than six months and by a fine not exceeding one million won.

Where the above fine is not paid, one hundred thousand won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On September 21, 2011, the Defendant stated that the Defendant would pay only 11,000 won per month for five years if he/she installs a credit card gauge at the Da-dong, Gwangju Northern-gu, and the victim E (V, 53 years of age) at the above location.

Accordingly, the victim's 700,000 won was approved with the modern card owned by the victim and the victim did not install the card book, and when the suspect returned the card book, 700,000 won approved by the suspect would be revoked, and the victim returned the card book on the day to the door, but acquired it without cancelling the approval.

On December 1, 2010, the Defendant made a false statement that “Around December 1, 2014, the Defendant would be able to change the points so that the mechanical amount of the device can be settled with the card points if the payment of the terminal price is made in a lump sum payment of KRW 700,000 by the card card” from the H main points operated by the Victim G in the Southern-gu Seoul Metropolitan City.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to convert the victim into card points even if the victim makes payment.

As above, the Defendant deceptioned the victim and required the victim to approve KRW 700,000 of the price of the terminal device for the card to be a victim, and acquired the pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount.

The Defendant, “I,” from around 2011 to May 2012, the Defendant, who operated a card terminal seller from around 201 to around 2012, stated that “I would cancel the installment sales contract for the card terminal in order to transfer KRW 405,600 under the pretext of penalty and depreciation costs for the card body size,” and that “I would cancel the installment sales contract for the card terminal in order to transfer the amount of KRW 405,60 on September 21, 201.”

However, in order to cancel the card size, the defendant was required to deposit 700,000 won of the card terminal that he received.
