A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 4, 2013, the Defendant forged a private document with respect to rights and duties without authority by stating “F”, “G” and “H” in the name column of private document under the title of “T Service New Contract” in order to open a cell phone with only one mobile phone, and forging a private document with a view to exercising rights and duties without authority by stating “F” in the name column of private document under the title of “T Service New Contract”, “G” and “G” in the resident registration number column, and “F” in the lower part of the contract.

2. The Defendant presented private documents illegally prepared in order to open one cell phone at the above time and at the above time to the cell phone sales store employee, and exercised the mobile phone opening room.

3. The defendant is guilty.

A false statement was made to the effect that “F's consent was obtained from employees of the mobile phone sales store in order to open one mobile phone at the same time and at the same place as the paragraph.”

However, the defendant did not have obtained F's consent, and even if he purchased a mobile phone by installment, he did not have the intention or ability to pay the mobile phone installment and the mobile phone fee.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the staff of the mobile phone sales store as above, received one cell phone of the amount of KRW 1,067,000 in the market price, and acquired economic benefits.
