A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 24, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million by the Seoul Eastern District Court on the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).

Nevertheless, at around 02:34 November 21, 2019, the Defendant driven the horse b, while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.082% without a car driver’s license, at the section of about 1km from around the end intersection in the vicinity of the end intersection in Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Island to the end intersection.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice.
