1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 1,023,805 as well as 20% per annum from January 7, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. On October 19, 2013, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and leased (i.e., (ii) Nos. 9 and 10 of the 228 underground floors, (iii) the lease deposit amount of KRW 3.5 million, (iv) the monthly rent of KRW 3.5 million, and (v) the lease term from October 16, 2013 to October 16, 2014.
The defendant delivered the above store to the plaintiff around September 2014 and settled the unpaid rent, but the management fee was not paid KRW 1,023,805.
