Punishment of the crime

C is the owner of a new construction project in Suwon-gu Busan Metropolitan Government D, and the defendant is the contractor who has contracted the construction project.

On November 25, 2011, the Defendant entered into a “standard contract for private construction works” with C, including value-added tax, with respect to the construction work of the said multi-family housing and entered into a lawsuit with C on November 25, 201 as to whether the amount of the contract is KRW 300,000,000, and the additional tax is separately paid for progress while the construction work of the said building is being carried out, and the Busan District Court is proceeding with C to file a

On November 23, 201, the Defendant forged private document: (a) stated the standard contract form for private construction works in the design office operated by the Defendant located in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City, as the value-added tax is not included in the above contract amount of KRW 300 million; (b) stated that the standard contract form for private construction works is falsely prepared; (c) without authority for the purpose of exercising the right, the name of the construction work in the standard form for private construction works, such as “F work, life and construction of multi-family housing”; (d) the contract amount; (e) November 23, 2011; (e) the contract date as “C”; (e) the contractor; and (e) GH of the recipient corporation; and (e) affixed C painting, which was created with C’s permission and permission

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a “standard contract for private construction works” in the name of the contractor C, a private document related to rights and obligations.

2. On August 22, 2013, the Defendant, at the Busan District Court’s East Branch Branch of the Civil Procedure Act (a preparatory document of an objection to provisional attachment No. 2013Kadan1268), issued a false statement to the court employee who is unaware of such forgery as above, as if the “the standard contract form for private construction works” was duly formed.
