Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants A, B, and C were employees of the Plaintiff Company I, who were in charge of dismantling with H steel implemented by the Korea Rail Network Authority. After performing the said dismantling work, the Defendants knew of the fact that the victim was in custody of plugs, etc., which are auxiliary materials used when fixing the cirrhs, etc., in the old K site located in J at all times, and conspired to sell them on the water and divide the proceeds therefrom.

The joint criminal defendants A and B are combined with each other from June 28, 201 to June 16:00 of the same year.
7. 2. From around 08:30 to around September 26, 2011, the victim, who had been loaded at the above K site, stolen the accessory materials in advance, including, among others, typlate 10 tons of typlates and 7,00,00 won of typlates, which are auxiliary materials owned by the victim, from which they were loaded at the above K site, and stolen them into L freight cars, which had been loaded at least 9,254,00 won in total on five occasions from that time to September 26, 201.
B. From December 3, 2011, Defendant A and Defendant C committed a theft of approximately KRW 2,222,50,00 as indicated in the separate sheet 2, from around that time to December 9, 201, by carrying and thefting the freight onto the freight vehicles prepared in advance amounting to KRW 1,860 g, and the market price of KRW 651,00,00, with the metal owned by the victim, which was possessed by the victim at the above K site. In addition, the Defendants stolen approximately KRW 6,358 g, of auxiliary materials with the metal amounting to KRW 2,22,50,00 in total, as indicated in the separate sheet 2.
2. Defendant D, a person operating a secondhand shop with the trade name “N” in M at the time of leisure, and around August 18, 201, the above A and B around 17:35, around August 17, 201.
It includes the acquisition of stolen goods at KRW 405,00,00 from the above A with knowledge of the fact that 900 g of accessory materials owned by the Korea Rail Network Authority, which was stolen as set forth in No. 2 of the list of crimes.
