1. Special larceny;
A. At around 23:00 on November 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) took advantage of “D” restaurant operated by the victim C in Jeju-si; (b) took advantage of the pre-determined inner word “D” (Evidence 1); and (c) took tears into the entrance door crepit; and (d) took a small credit cooperative consisting of a 200 pages of Chinese currency owned by the victim and a fluor and a fluor, etc., in which the Defendant destroyed the equipment of correction; and (c) took into the restaurant by destroying the equipment of correction; and (d) took a theft.

At around 00:00 on November 25, 2018, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the rectification device of the entrance, intruded into the entrance, and stolen the cash amounting to KRW 50,000,000, which was kept in the entrance, at the “L” restaurant located in K at Jeju Island; and (b) destroyed the entrance by inserting it in the entrance; and (c) stolen it with the Defendant’s cash amounting to KRW 50,000.
2. On November 23, 2018, the Defendant, who attempted to larceny at night, refers to the word “O” located in N at Jeju, and is prepared in advance.
