A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized one (Evidence No. 1) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was aware of one’s wife during the period of two years prior to the victim C (math, 45 years of age) and the two years prior to the internal relationship and demanded the divorce even after the divorce to the victim, but the victim was rather hedging, but the victim was fluent and not her.

On June 30, 2015, at around 17:00 on June 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) sought the victim from the victim C’s residence located in Busan District of the captain of Busan District; (b) made it difficult for the victim’s husband to have resistant relations; and (c) made efforts to find the victim again at around 21:00 on the same day, that the victim would be able to leave the match. Although the above victim E (the 20-year-old age) of the above C had "I would have to confirm whether there is a prine" despite having "I would have to do so", the defendant tried to look at various places of the house, and even though the victim demanded several times, "I would have to do so, so I would have to do so," and "I would have to do it even if I will do it," and there was approximately 50 minutes of the 50-minute amount.

As a result, the defendant carrying dangerous articles and leaves the victim without justifiable reasons.
