A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

B (China's nationality, B), C (China's Chinese nationality), and D (China's Chinese nationality) instructed the above F to "B to use a credit card device to settle forged credit cards" as a domestic responsibility in order to commit a crime in Korea by forging credit cards and paying credit cards, and to commit a crime in Korea.

In accordance with the above direction, the above F proposed that the defendant pay a false credit card amount equivalent to 20% of the credit card settlement amount by settling the card terminal at the high seas, and the defendant accepted the above proposal.

On March 28, 2017, the Defendant secured a credit card settlement terminal in the name of “H” through G, a credit card brokerage book, in the subway line No. 1 subway line located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Guro-gu, Seoul, around March 28, 2017, and delivered the said credit card settlement terminal via the above F. On the same day, around 20:31 of the same day, the Defendant forged one copy of the U.S. J. J.’s credit card by inserting any information in a credit card number and personal information on the credit card without storing any information using the card number and personal information, which is a forgery of credit card program installed at an I hotel located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the Defendant attempted to deceive the victim K by inserting by inserting one credit card in the above credit card settlement terminal in the name of “H” offered by the Defendant, and to pay 1,000 won by the credit card company affiliated with the credit card company, but did not refuse to accept the credit card payment from the victimized company.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the foregoing B, forged the total of 137 credit cards, as described in the attached Table 1, between March 24, 2017 and April 18, 2017.
