1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 28, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Around March 2015, there is no dispute between the parties that the Plaintiff received a subcontract for construction cost of KRW 22,00,000 from the Defendant and completed the said construction work.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 28, 2015 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order, as sought by the Plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition by admitting it.
