1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 16,450,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 16, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of each statement in Evidence A Nos. 1 through 4, the Plaintiff is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount calculated at the annual rate of 15% as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, since the Plaintiff received a subcontract from the Defendant for construction cost of KRW 21,450,000 from the Defendant on September 18, 2014, for the construction cost of KRW 21,450,000, and the Plaintiff received KRW 5,000 from the Defendant. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of the construction cost of KRW 16,450,00 (the above KRW 21,450,000 - 5,000), which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint in this case, from July 16, 2015 to the day of full payment.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
