On August 26, 2014, from around 23:00 on August 26, 2014 to 01:00 on the following day, the Defendant solicited the victim E (the 27-year old) and her husband, who was found in order to get a marina with the Defendant’s operation “D” in Jeju-si, to use the so-called “Aroma” in a separate massage room, and led the Defendant to commit an indecent act against the victim by taking advantage of his/her sexual desire during the course of having the victim drink.
