1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 2,000,000 to the Plaintiff and Defendant B with respect thereto from August 4, 2018, and Defendant C with respect thereto from August 2, 2018.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is the store manager of D department department E E, and G, the husband of F, is the company fees working as the store manager of D department department E, and the Defendants are the parents of F.

B. The Plaintiff, while being aware of the fact that G was a spouse, sent G in a new wall or holiday from January 2018, or sent G in the Plaintiff’s home or became self-employed.

Accordingly, F and the Defendants are doubtful that the Plaintiff and G were in a non-wheeled relationship with the Plaintiff. From March 2018 to May 2018, F and the Defendants taken pictures and videos together with them between the Plaintiff and G in the vicinity of the Plaintiff’s residence.

C. On May 3, 2018, the Defendants found the J-based Company located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, along with F and F’s words H, and sent pictures and videos taken by the Plaintiff and G to K, a workplace employee of the Plaintiff and G, and F said to the effect that K “the Plaintiff and G are in an unlawful relationship.”

The Defendants, on May 10, 2018, had employees of the aforementioned company, such as L and M, in the street of the said company, sounded to the effect that “the Plaintiff and G have a wrongful relationship.” The Defendants sent pictures and videos of the appearance of the Plaintiff and G to M.

E. From April 30, 2018 to June 2018, the Defendants made several calls to N, a lessor of the house, the Plaintiff’s residence, and displayed the pictures of the Plaintiff and G by saying, “The Plaintiff and G have an unlawful relationship with the Plaintiff, a photograph and video recorded as evidence, and the deposit amount is known to the extent that they want to claim consolation money.” On June 11, 2018, the Defendants showed N along with F to the effect that “The Plaintiff and G are in an unlawful relationship with the Plaintiff.”

F. On May 2018, the Plaintiff temporarily retired from the said company on May 31, 2018.

G. The plaintiff is entitled to the defendants' 1-C.

A complaint was filed against the act of defamation, and the prosecutor of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office.
