Punishment of the crime

1. 도로 교통법위반( 음주 운전) 피고인은 2017. 11. 25. 04:15 경 혈 중 알콜 농도 0.156% 의 술에 취한 상태로 서울 용산구 한남동 이하 불상지에서부터 서울 성동구 고산자로 71 앞 도로에 이르기까지 약 5km 구간에서 B 포 르 테쿱 승용차를 운전하였다.

2. 특정범죄 가중처벌 등에 관한 법률위반( 위험 운전 치상) 피고인은 2017. 11. 25. 04:15 경 위와 같이 술에 취한 상태로 위 B 포 르 테쿱 승용차를 운전하여 서울 성동구 고산자로 71에 있는 편도 3 차로의 도로를 옥 수역 방면에서 성수 대교 방면으로 그 도로 2 차로를 따라 시속 60km 로 진행하게 되었다.
