Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 31, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, the Road Traffic Act (Free Driver’s License) and the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter “Road Traffic Act”), driving a 49cc-to-be-be driving license without obtaining a driver’s license at around 01:05, and driving the 49cc-to-be, Han-gu, Han-gu, Han-do, Han-do, a Han-do, a Han-do, a private road located in front of the 25cc-do-ro 25cc-si, and, at the same time, a private intersection, where the traffic control is not performed, has a wider width than the road along which the above occ-soil passed. As such, the Defendant had a duty of care to yield the course and drive the vehicle if there is another vehicle seeking to enter the road with a wide width.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected the above duty of care and caused injury to the victim E (20 years old) who was on board the victim E (20 years old) who was on the right side of the victim C(44 years old) driving from the right side to the left side by taking up the front part of the above Orababa in the front part of the driver's upper part of the victim C(4 years old) driving, and was on board the above Orabababa, thereby treating the victim E (20 years old), and at the same time, damaged the above cab in a way that the repair cost of KRW 1,74,00.

2. On August 31, 2012, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) driven the above radioactive part (wheeled two-wheeled vehicle) in which the Defendant had not bought mandatory insurance at approximately 1 km section from the breakwater in Hando-Eup, Jeju-si, to the same 4-distance long from the breakwater in Hando-ro to the same 25-day long distance.
