A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2017 Highest 2602] From around 16:00 to around 16:50 on April 7, 2017, the Defendant entered a store in C with the third floor of the building B in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, and used a gap in surveillance over the victim D (hereinafter the age of 45) and displayed at that place, one set of one set of one set of one set of the projectes for women, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 738,000, and one set of one set of the projectes for women, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 538,000, and one set of one set of the projectes for women, the Defendant prepared in advance, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table (1).

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property.

[2017 Highest 3084] On March 16, 2017, the Defendant entered the E store located on the third floor of the Daegu Dong-gu building B, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and used a gap in surveillance of the victim F (n, 41 years of age) in order to keep the victim’s market price of 450,000 won and 1 T- lines of 250,000 won at the market price of the victim’s possession, which was displayed at that place, were placed in the shopping bags that the Defendant prepared in advance. From that time to March 24, 2017, the Defendant carried with the goods equivalent to the total amount of 2,120,000 won over six occasions, such as the list of crimes in attached Form (2).

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property.

[2017 Highest 3436] On May 29, 2017, at the “I” female clothes store operated by the victim H(42 tax) in Daegu Suwon-gu G on May 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) laid down a cresh in another place of business where the victim neglected to exercise due diligence; (b) caused a theft of the victim’s market price of KRW 78,000,000, which was owned by the victim, to have a test color equivalent to KRW 78,000. On March 24, 2017, from around 14:00 to around 14:20, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim’s K ownership in the Daegu Dong-gu building J store; (b) cut off the female-beket in the shopping bags; and (c) cut off the female-bek in the market value equivalent to KRW 287,00,000, which is the victim’s K ownership.
