Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On May 20, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspension of execution of four months of imprisonment for fraud in the Incheon District Court Branch Branch of the Incheon District Court on May 28, 2016 and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 28, 2016.

1. No person, other than an owner of an automobile or a person entrusted with matters concerning the operation of an automobile from the owner of an automobile in violation of the Automobile Management Act;

On June 14, 2016, the Defendant operated a vehicle of soflurged C, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the road in Ansan-si, Mag-gu, Mag-gu, Ansan-si.

3. On June 14, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a vehicle without a driver’s license in the section of about 10 km from the street surface 10-14, to the uppermost of the day of Ansan-si, 927, a light name at around 16:00 on June 14, 2016.
