Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2013 High-level 17" is a person who operates a selling store for adult products in the trade name of "D" from Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C and the second floor.

An act of distributing, selling or lending, or allowing another person to peruse obscene documents, paintings, movies, phonograms, video products, or other things (hereinafter referred to as "obscenity materials"), and an act of allowing another person to view or peruse obscene materials at a public morals place of business, and an act of displaying or keeping obscene materials for the purpose of distribution, sale, lending, viewing, viewing, or perusal.

Nevertheless, at around 20:45 on October 31, 2012, the Defendant displayed and stored a character describing the sexual organ of a woman, which is obscene to sell to unspecified customers at the 'D' adult product sales store.

No person of "2013, 958" shall sell manufactured medicines or forged medicines in violation of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, or store or display them for sale.

Nevertheless, around 15:00 on October 4, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received and sold total of KRW 90,000,00, including 10 non-agra 10,000 won, 50,000 won, 20,000 won, and 20,000 won, which are illegal drugs whose source is unknown, to the Special Judicial Police Officers of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) around 13:30 on December 27, 2012, at the time of the execution of the search and seizure inspection warrant by the Special Judicial Police Officers of Seoul Metropolitan Government (100mg), 34 Magra (100mg), 32 Magra (100mg), 100mg, and 4 Magra (SPEEEG).
