The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.

The Prosecutor appealed on the ground that the lower court’s punishment (one year and six months) was too unfluent and unfair. However, in light of the records of this case and the overall sentencing conditions indicated in the theory of changes, including the amount of damage caused by each fraud of this case, and the fact that there was no record of punishment exceeding the fine imposed on the Defendant, etc., it is not recognized that the lower court’s punishment imposed on the Defendant is too unfluent and unfair on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

Since the prosecutor's appeal is without merit, it is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.

다만, 형사소송규칙 제 25조 제 1 항에 따라 직권으로 원심판결 문 제 2 면 아래에서 제 5 행의 “10 경부터” 및 “20까지 ”를 “10. 경부터” 및 “20 .까지” 로 각 고치고, 원심판결 문 제 3 면 제 5 행의 “ 샷시대 약 금” 을 “ 샷 시 대금 ”으로 고치는 것으로 경정한다.
