Nevertheless, the Defendant by deceiving the victim as such and transferred KRW 113,00 to the account in the name of the Defendant on the following day from the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim and defrauds 113,00 won.

On December 23, 2017, the Defendant, “2018 Highest 971,” by accessing the Internet’s trading site to “strings” at a remote place and selling “G5 Smartphones.”
