1. On December 28, 2016, the criminal defendant against the victim C prepared a letter that he/she would sell a cell phone in so far as S7 gallon ju, by linking the victim C with the 'E' on the gallon Do, Chungcheongnam-gun, Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang-gun, 304, and selling the said cell phone to the victim C who reported it.

A false statement was made.

However, even if the owner receives the money from the damaged party, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the mobile phone.

The Defendant received 403,500 won from one bank account in the name of the Defendant on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

2. On December 30, 2016, the Defendant against the victim F, by accessing NAVV to 'G' at a place same as on December 30, 2016, the Defendant prepared a so-called 'Pop-up pop-up (64 g)' in s7 gallon, and then sold the said mobile phone to the victim F who reported it.

A false statement was made.

However, even if the owner receives the money from the damaged party, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the mobile phone.

The Defendant received 420,000 won from one bank account in the name of the Defendant on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

3. On June 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) visited Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang-gun, and 304, by using a mobile phone to sell 4 gallon-based mobile phones; and (b) sold the said mobile phone to Ha who reported and contacted gallon-based mobile phone; and (c) sold the said mobile phone to Ha.

A false statement was made.

However, even if the defendant receives money from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the above mobile phone.

The Defendant, as well as the receipt of KRW 190,00 from the damaged person to the single bank account in the name of the Defendant on the same day.
