A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the deaf-mute in the second degree disability.

Accordingly, the Defendant invaded upon a human structure at night and stolen another's property.
