Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who drives a Lone Star bus.
1. On January 19, 2013, at around 22:29, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on the street front of the 282-2 ridge in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and proceeded at a speed below the speed of the city, depending on the two-lanes from the breadth of the children's large park to the breadth of the military, from the breadth of the military.

As a result, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the above business, the injury to the victim C, such as catitis, which requires a future treatment for about two weeks in the future, from the injury to the taxi E (V, 37 years old), the injury to the catitis, etc. requiring a future treatment for about three weeks in the future, and from the same F (V, 38 years old), the injury to the catitis, etc. requiring future treatment for about two weeks in the future, and from the same G (V, 38 years old), the injury to the catum cat, tension, etc. requiring future treatment for about two weeks in the future.

The Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.195% at the time, time, and place of the accident like the above paragraph (1) and operated the said car at approximately 5 km from the street in front of the restaurant located in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seoul to the street in front of the restaurant located in the fluent landing point to the street in front of the 282-2 fluence in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul.
