A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the father of the victim B (based on the date and time of the crime as stated in paragraph (1) of the crime committed in the judgment of the age of eight).

Accordingly, the defendant committed emotional abuse that harms the mental health and development of children.

2. 2015. 7. 26.경 신체적 학대행위 피고인은 2015. 7. 26.경 제1항 기재 피고인의 집에서, 피해자가 학교에서 말썽을 피웠다는 이유로, 나무 재질의 효자손으로 피해자의 몸 여러 부분을 수차례 때렸다.

As a result, the defendant committed physical abuse against a child that may injure the child's body or injure the physical health and development of the child.

3. On February 2017, the Defendant committed physical abuse: (a) around February 2017, on the grounds that at the home of the Defendant as indicated in paragraph (1) around P.M. around February 2017, the Defendant avoided disturbance, such as having the victim take a bath to school teachers and throw away goods; and (b) the Defendant took part of the victim’s terminal part on several occasions at the tree beginning.

As a result, the defendant committed physical abuse against a child that may injure the child's body or injure the physical health and development of the child.

4. Around August 30, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 16:00 on August 30, 2017, at the Defendant’s house as indicated in paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant expressed the victim’s head by hand three times the victim’s head at around August 30, 2017, on the ground that the victim was able to take a bath to school bus articles after the building of the E Elementary School located in Young-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; and (b) the victim was unable to take a disturbance.

As a result, the defendant committed physical abuse against a child that may injure the child's body or injure the physical health and development of the child.

5. The Defendant’s emotional abusive acts around October 13, 2017, at the home of the Defendant, as described in paragraph (1), around October 13, 2017, and the victim.
