Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a halog golf car.

On December 30, 2019, the Defendant driving the above car on or around 23:14, and proceeding three lanes prior to Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C along the two lanes from the friendly side to the nives underground street.

It entered the school distance of the front bank.
