1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won;

Punishment of the crime

On November 12, 2015, at around 14:10, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s back-to-hand drinking at one time on the right side, on the ground that the victim B (58 tax) who was going to undergo the psychological examination in a case in which the Defendant filed a criminal complaint for fraud, was made a statement contrary to the victim B (58 tax) who was going to undergo the psychological examination in a case in which the Defendant filed a criminal complaint.
