1. On May 13, 2019, the Defendant’s “Prohibition of Contact, Intimidation, and Retaliation” and “Suspension of Attendance (five days)” against the Plaintiff.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff and E (hereinafter “victim students”) are students who were enrolled in D High Schools (hereinafter “instant schools”) in the second and eighth grade in 2018.

At present, the Plaintiff is attending the third grade 10 of the instant school, and the third grade 7 of the instant school.

(In particular, the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff, and the △△△△ student brought personal belongings in mind, or continued verbal violence and physical violence from the Plaintiff during the third-year period of time. The harassment leading up to the bullying in which the Plaintiff brought the personal belongings from the class of February 8, 2018 (the victimized student was written by his bullying, and the perpetrator was expressed according to the degree of bullying).

On May 10, 2019, the Committee for Autonomous Committee on Countermeasures against School Violence (hereinafter “instant Committee”) held the second meeting of the Committee for Autonomous Committee on Countermeasures against School Violence (hereinafter “instant meeting”) on the following matters.

C. As to the above issue, the instant committee decided to take measures against the Plaintiff regarding “the prohibition of contact, intimidation, and retaliation” under Article 17(1)2 and 6 of the Act on the Prevention of and Countermeasures against School Violence (hereinafter “School Violence Prevention Act”), “five days of attendance suspension,” and “five days of completion of special education for household students (30 hours)” under Article 17(3) and (9) of the same Act and “one day of completion of special education for household students (5 hours).”

1. Not returning a victim student's pen book without permission on three occasions;

2. To prevent a breaking time from bringing modified tapes to door trussess or lickboards or male toilets every hour;

3. They shall be on board frequently, and bring sugars or overs into the mental sense;

4. Not returning the wastes, bringing the suspension in mind;

5. Singing up to the third grade and continuing to be bullying;
