A is a member of the Democratic Labor Group C, and Defendant B is the head of the Democratic Labor Group C Organization. The Defendants are members of each D Party. While the participants in an assembly or demonstration were prohibited from doing any act that disturbs the order by assault, intimidation, destruction, fire prevention, etc., the Defendants conspired with the names of poor boxes.
