1. The reasons for the court's explanation concerning this case are as follows: 8, 9, 3, 6, 10, 16, 4, 2, and 5 of the judgment of the court of first instance are as follows; 2, 9 of the building of this case are as follows; 3, "C" of the judgment of the court of first instance is as follows; 4, "the building of this case is delivered to the building of this case (hereinafter "the building of this case")" as "real estate listed in the attached list"; 4, 10 of the judgment of the court of first instance is as stated in the part of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the removal of "the delivery of the building of this case" of the 4, 10, and "the delivery of the building of this case" as stated in the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
