Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

When the above fine is not paid, the defendant shall be the defendant for 15 days.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant became aware of D’s intention to avoid a crime through A, a branch of around December 2014, and is a person who was working as a civil engineering department from May 2015, from E construction where D was in office as a management director.

On January 4, 2017, the Defendant prepared a complaint to the effect that “Defendant D shall prepare documents related to the sale and purchase of used cars by taking advantage of the name of the complainant A on April 15, 2015, and obtain a loan for the purchase of cars by taking advantage of the computer at the accommodation of the construction site office where the Defendant works in F in the East Sea in the East Sea.”

However, in fact, between D around April 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased used vehicles in the name of the Defendant; (b) agreed that D will change the amount of the used vehicles used in the name of the Defendant; (c) sought explanation of the used vehicles to be purchased with D in the above temporary border; and (d) directly signed the register of checking the performance and condition of used vehicles to be purchased; and (c) received directly a confirmation telephone on whether an application for the loan for the loan for the borrowed vehicles used in the name of the Defendant; and (d) sent the loan notice to the company.

The fact that D had been well aware of the purchase of used vehicles in the name of the defendant, such as telephone conversations, etc. to the purport that D had no forgery of documents in the name of the defendant.

Nevertheless, around January 5, 2015, the Defendant submitted a complaint stating false facts to police officers in the intelligence team of the East Sea Police Station in the East Sea, which is located in the East Sea, with the aim of having D punished criminal punishment.
