Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 25, 2013, the Defendant purchased 7,400,000 won of the principal to pay 307,000 won each month for the above vehicles for 36 months from May 10, 2016, in the C Motor Vehicle Trading Commercial Co., Ltd. located in the Northern-gu, Daegu-si, Daegu-si, on the condition that 307,000 won of the principal to pay for the above vehicles was set up as the mortgagee, and the Defendant set up a right to collateral security at KRW 7,40,000,000 as the creditor for the above vehicles.

On June 2013, the Defendant: (a) concealed a lux car with a view to borrowing the aforementioned lux car with a collateral security from an unspecified person, who is specialized in loans as a used car, and providing it as a collateral, and prevented the victimized person from preserving the said loan; and (b) obstructed the victim’s exercise of the right to exercise the right by making it impossible for the victimized person to do so.
