1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

On October 5, 2016, the Plaintiff issued and transmitted an electronic bill with a face value of KRW 500 million at the face value and KRW 75 million at the maturity of January 31, 2017, and received it by the said Defendant. On October 12, 2016, the said Defendant: (a) divided the part of the electronic bill with a face value of KRW 75 million into Defendant D Limited Liability Company; (b) Defendant D Limited Liability Company on the same day; (c) Defendant E on the following day; (d) Defendant F Co., Ltd.; (e) Defendant F Co., Ltd.; and (e) Defendant F issued and endorsed the electronic bill to the Plaintiff on the same day on the same day; (c) the Plaintiff refused to pay without trade; and (d) the Defendants jointly asserted that the Plaintiff was liable to pay the amount of KRW 75 million at the face value and delay damages on the electronic bill to the Plaintiff, and thus, the Defendants did not assert that the Defendants did not have any obligation to refuse to pay the electronic bill within the due date.

Therefore, all of the plaintiff's claims against the defendants are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
