A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

Around 19:40 on March 20, 201, the Defendant, as a business, driven a DNA cargo vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.154% without a driver’s license without a driver’s license, and proceeds from a four-lane distance from the front side of the Shina apartment in front of the Gu and U.S., in accordance with the four-lane distance, the Defendant was negligent in the course of business in driving the vehicle while neglecting the duty of front-time watch in the drinking state and neglecting the duty of front-time watch in the same lane, and received the rear portion of the victim E(34 years old)’s driving vehicle in front of the same lane.
