A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 8, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking) in the resident support of the Daegu District Court on February 8, 201, and was sentenced to six months of imprisonment due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting) at the Daegu District Court on October 17, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Daegu Detention House on December 9, 2013.

1. On September 4, 2015, the Defendant was punished twice due to drinking alcohol driving, and on September 15:30, 2015, the Defendant driven CS-type car under the influence of alcohol 0.183% alcohol concentration in blood without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the agricultural machinery, the front side of the agricultural machinery, and from the front side of the agricultural technology center of the same Eup to the front side of the agricultural technology center of the same Eup.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, in February 2015, transferred a car registered as D from the owner of the pawned Hall in the name in the name of the owner of the pawned Hall on February 2, 2015, at KRW 4 million, did not file an application for the registration of transfer of the ownership of the above Spag-type without justifiable grounds.
