A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the representative director of the (ju) E, who is the Changwon-si Construction Work Co., Ltd., the D Apartment Construction Work Co., Ltd. (ju) E, and in the (ju), he subcontracted the above part of the apartment construction work with the construction cost of KRW 400 million in the amount of the construction cost of KRW 500 million in the amount of the construction cost. Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a letter of account under the name of the F and J, a private document related to rights and obligations.
