Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,200,00.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 30, 2017, the Defendant driven a BFD car at approximately 500 meters away from the four streets near Daegu-gu, Seo-gu to the four streets, without a driver’s license, around 15:10.
