Punishment of the crime

On March 27, 2016, the Defendant driven a BV150 Oralb in the section of approximately three kilometers from the Do in front of the four-distance Scattering-dong in Daegu, Seogu, Seo-gu, Daegu, with alcohol content of 0.135%, while under the influence of alcohol during blood transfusion around 20:30 on March 27, 2016.
