1. The Defendant’s KRW 16,89,120 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from July 14, 2008 to September 30, 2014.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The party status of the defendant is a doctor who operates D's clinic (hereinafter "the defendant's clinic") on the second floor of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C building, and the plaintiff is a person who has undergone an internal sewage operation at the defendant's clinic.
B. 1) On December 6, 2007, the Plaintiff first fested the Defendant’s clinic for the correction of the internal sewage, and the Defendant confirmed the internal sewage, and on December 12, 2007, performed the internal sewage and the double booming operation (hereinafter “the first operation”).
2) On July 14, 2008, the Plaintiff entered into a re-operation with Defendant Council members and entered into a re-operation, and on July 14, 2008, the Plaintiff was discharged from Defendant again for the re-operation and the re-operation and re-operation of both parties (hereinafter “the second operation”).

3. On November 24, 2011, the Plaintiff: (a) sent to the Tol University a sexual hospital; (b) the hospital provided clinical diagnosis to the Plaintiff in the form of stove and stoves. (c).
The plaintiff's present condition shows symptoms of both stoves, and the stoves shows symptoms of exposure to stoves due to stoves.
In addition, the symptoms are expected to be permanent, and it is expected that the vision of the Do as well as each of the above symptoms will be reduced.
