Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On February 14, 2016, at around 23:57, the Defendant: (a) boarded Doro-dong in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Doro-dong, and (b) caused B to operate the said taxi to the extent that B did not pay KRW 570,000 to B; (b) for the foregoing reason, B reported the Defendant to the police to be arrested as a flagrant offender in fraud from the police to the flagrant offender in fraud.

On February 16, 2016, at around 03:50 and about 04:00, the Defendant reported to the effect that “the Defendant was assaulted against a taxi engineer” at 112 times. On the same day, around 04:30 on the same day, the Defendant appeared in the Busan Coast Guard E District of the Busan Coast Guard Station E District, located in Busan Coast Guard, and prepared a statement with the purport that “the taxi engineer reported to do control was deprived of the spirit by considering two times the head of the taxi worker who was fested in the event near the Busan Coast Hospital located in the Busan Coast Guard, Busan Coast Guard, and was punished.”

However, in fact B did not assault the defendant at that time.

Accordingly, the Defendant, as seen above, committed an act of having B receive criminal punishment.
