Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, around 14:00 on September 20, 2015, at the New Year 4 MRI room in Seo-gu Seoul, Seo-gu, Seoul, and 50-1, the Defendant obstructed the Defendant’s treatment of the Defendant’s New Year 3 Sick Station 2, by force, on the ground that the Defendant, at the time of undergoing MRI’s inspection, attempted to die himself/herself according to his/her decline that occurred on the part of the inspection equipment, and delayed the MRI shooting for a weak time, thereby interfering with the Defendant’s treatment of the Defendant’s New Year 3.
