Defendant
A is a person who has no capacity to obtain a doctor as a pastor, and Defendant B is an oriental medical doctor operating u in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Defendant C is an oriental medical doctor, Defendant D is a representative director of V, and W (Suspension of Prosecution on the same day) is a person who operates Y in Vietnam as a member of the Z in the area of Y.
1. No person, other than a medical person, who violates the Act on Special Measures for the Control of Public Health Crimes by Defendants A, B, and C (unauthorized medical persons), shall perform any medical practice, and no medical person shall perform any medical practice other than the licensed medical practice;
Nevertheless, Defendant A, B, and C wished to open and operate the above “AA” in Vietnam, and W is responsible for the establishment, operation, and attraction of patients in Vietnam, etc. of unauthorized medical facilities, and Defendant A takes charge of the supply of illegal drugs made by mixing prescription drugs, etc. with those of cancer patients, including cancer patients, etc. who have been induced in Korea. Defendant B and C play the role of treating patients under the above A’s instruction, and Defendant A and B conspired to recruit and treat cancer patients from Korea to Vietnam.

In addition, from December 2016 to February 2, 2017, the Defendants provided five cancer patients, such as attached Table 1 2 to 6, 2017 list of crimes.
