A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 15:00 on June 7, 2016, the Defendant driving a motor vehicle of 10km at the section of about 10km from the 15:30 on the roads in front of the gold basin located in Geumdong-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si to the roads below the water level of about 2679-23 meters from the 15:30 on the same day, without obtaining a driver’s license.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;
