On June 11, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of five million won for the crime of indecent act by force in the Hongsung branch of the Daejeon District Court on March 13, 2014, and became a person subject to registration of personal information.

The Defendant entered “student” in the occupational column at the time of the initial registration of personal information, and around January 8, 2015, the Defendant was employed as a staff member of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (State)C, and did not submit the reasons and details for change to the chief of the competent police station within 20 days from the date of change.
