On January 11, 2013, the Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information, who was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment due to a indecent act by force in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch, or three years of suspended execution and became final and conclusive on the 19th of the same month.

On the other hand, the Defendant did not submit the changed details of his domicile even before the police investigation ( September 24, 2013) was conducted in the instant case.
