Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
BC was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint conflict) at the Busan District Court on December 13, 2010, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 23, 201.
1. Defendant BC, A, and BD Defendants, around 04:50 on March 18, 2014, performed meals in front of the restaurant of “BJ” located in the Busan Jin-gu, Busan, and went through through a place during the restaurant.
