On October 28, 2011, at around 10, 26:15, the Defendant: (a) given birth to a baby and had a legal obligation to protect the baby, the Defendant abandoned the married baby from the above hospital on the ground that it is difficult to live in around 07:00 on October 28, 201; (b) around 16:15, the Defendant had a legal obligation to protect the baby by putting the baby out of the hospital located in the C Hospital located in the YY-gu, Busan (SY) of the Y

1. Police suspect interrogation protocol of the accused;

1. Statement made to D by the police;

1. A written accusation;

1. A copy of a letter, a pledge of hospitalization, a birth certificate, a business registration certificate, and a new disease acceptance certificate; and

1. Investigation report (Attachment, etc. of a new illness certificate);
