Punishment of the crime

On October 26, 2011, around 16:15, the Defendant abandoned a married baby under the above hospital on the ground that, although the Defendant had a legal obligation to protect a baby by birth of a baby, she was born at the C hospital located in the YY-gu Busan (SY) and who was in a marc fever, it was difficult to live at around 07:00 on October 28, 201, the Defendant abandoned the married baby.
